Had a lovely family stay in a spotless quadruple room! Kids had their own space, and the location was perfect—right by everything fun. The complimentary toiletries were a delightful surprise!
The check-in was a bit of a mystery, as I played hide and seek with the front door! And don’t get me started on the stairs. they’re a workout!

Spacious quadruple room with en-suite showers.
My stay at Niro's Hotel was nothing short of frustrating! The first issue was the dreadful check-in process. we had to wait outside, playing a game of hide and seek with the locked front door. To add insult to injury, there were so many stairs to navigate, I felt like I was training for a marathon after a long day exploring Blackpool. I also encountered terrible room layout problems. the fan in the bathroom was improperly installed in the sleeping area, making it uncomfortable to relax while also generating cold air that infiltrated the room.

Warm ambiance and a fantastic view
I had a lovely stay, enjoying a cozy room that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view overlooking the vibrant streets of Blackpool was a real treat, adding to the overall charm of my visit. I think the check-in process could be improved as I had to wait outside for a bit before someone arrived to let me in.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and main attractions.
The front door was locked upon arrival, and it was unclear that we needed to check in at the adjoining takeaway.

Consider packing light, as there are many stairs to access the rooms, which can be strenuous after a long day.

I loved how clean the room was! The overall location is a win too, just steps from everything. Watch out for the front door issue and the key deposit miscommunication though! 😬

The quadruple room layout was superb for a family, providing a separate bunk bed area that allowed the kids to settle in while the adults enjoyed some privacy. Cleanliness was a strong point, and the staff's willingness to store our bags after check-out made for stress-free sightseeing. Location-wise, it was just moments from the central pier and shops, which made everything easily accessible. The small hamburgers available nearby were a hit with the kids, adding to our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The location is exceptional. just a stone's throw from the beach and very close to popular attractions like Central Pier. The staff were attentive, and the overall cleanliness added to the experience.

Would definitely recommend for a mini-vacation
Spacious room, comfortable beds, and the location was excellent, being just a short distance from major attractions, making it easy for our group to explore the area during our two-night stay at this family room.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
